Your Profile

• Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Supply chain, management, economy, marketing or equivalent
• Experience: Min 7 years experience of leadership
• Language: Fluent in english
  
  

Main Tasks

Task Detailed description of main activities Purchasing Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for purchasing of indirect Materials with respect to central purchasing guidelines
• Negotiation and contract management for local related categories in close cooperation with central purchasing
• Develop and deploy generic sourcing strategy by indirect material group (preferred suppliers, terms & conditions, statement of work) for local suppliers in close co-operation with central purchasing Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations, and manage supplier relationships.
• In charge of overall SM Business Plan; contribution to achievement including regular monitoring and control and follow up of required actions. Compliance Responsibilities
• Policy Adherence:
  
  

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant company processes

Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System (16949), compliance with YEL / Local procedures, with health and safety rules within the work area (ISO14001 & ISO 45001 ) ) and the 5S principles.

Ensuring compliance with the rules and procedure and legislation of labor laws

• Supplier Compliance:
  
  

Monitor and ensure supplier adherence to contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.

• Risk Management:
  
  

Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of indirect materials.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead and manage the indirect material purchasing team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  
  

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Act as a liaison between procurement and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.

• Continuous Improvement:
  
  

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing function.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance purchasing efficiency and effectiveness

Continuously improve capabilities of assigned staff to meet expectations in terms of effectiveness and efficiency, as well as establish working environment that motivates the staff to utilise their full capability Financial Responsibilities

• Budget Management: Manage the budget for local indirect materials purchasing. Ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives:
  
  

Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement initiatives.

• Financial Reporting:
  
  

Contribute in the preparation of the financial reports related to local indirect material purchasing activities.

Analyze purchasing data to identify cost drivers and support in financial optimization.
