What You Will Be Doing
- Project Work : Learning supply chain, receiving customer orders, ordering from manufacturing, inventory control, shipments to customers, Customer scorecards
- Success Metrics: Learn the scope of automotive supply chain and all its constraints, as well as global initiatives to make Yazaki successful
- Collaboration: Work closely with Ford, GM, Mopar teams, BU Sales and Project Management teams, as well as distribution centers across the US
- Education: Enrollment in a 4-year degree program at an accredited institution during the internship period.
- Relevant Background: Degree/experience related to the position (e.g., supply chain)
- Academic Standing: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Commitment : Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks between May 12, 2025, and August 15, 2025
- Technical Skills : Excel a plus, communication, data entry, organization
- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities
