ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A RECEPTIONIST:
Front line representative of the facility to incoming callers and personal contact with all visitors, physicians, vendors and potential residents and their families.
Answer all incoming calls and directs them to appropriate extensions.
Assist with Accounts Payable
