Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team to oversee and coordinate various roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review project details before each job.
• Coordinate with office staff, crews and homeowners for install or repairs.
• Show up to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery of materials.
• Keep projects on target and within budget.
• Oversee progress and Quality Control on the jobsite to ensure proper installation and procedures are followed.
• Communicate regularly with the office staff and customers before, during, and after install/repair.
• Finalize projects with a customer walkthrough and detailed documentations.
• Roof Inspections.

Skills

• Construction or project management experience (roofing, siding & gutters)
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to construction work.
• Strong knowledge of roofing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective project execution.
• Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented project management.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with office team members and clients.
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Tech-savvy and organized
• Comfortable managing multiple projects per day
• Valid driver’s license and a strong work ethic
• Dependable transportation to and from work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $109,017.00 per year
