Harley-Davidson Parts Sales Associate

Yeager’s Cycle is looking for an outstanding individual to fill a full-time Parts Associate position. If you have experience working in a Parts Department and have strong communication skills, (in-person and on the phone), you might be just what we are looking for.

Our ideal candidate will be a Powersports/Harley-Davidson Enthusiast, have 2 years of Motorcycle/Powersports Parts experience and a knowledge of the mechanics of motorcycles. A great attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, customer centered environment is a must!

You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your parts knowledge and selling strength will make you an important part of our team. There is definitely room for advancement.

• Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and quickly learning new procedures;
• Ensure customer questions are answered, find the answer if you do not know it
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services, and use this knowledge to inspire customers to make purchases;
• Ability to handle and work with currency;
• Ability to meet or exceed sales, customer service and loyalty program standards;
• Ability to manage time effectively, remain organized, and manage stress;
• Ability to handle physical requirements to accomplish daily responsibilities;
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning, evening and Saturday availability;
• Proficient in computers;
• Knowledge of the mechanics of motorcycles;

Pay Scale:

Hourly base pay;

Commissions, upon eligibility. Pay is based on experience.
