Program Overview
At Year Up United, we are committed to empowering young adults with the skills and knowledge needed to launch their careers in a rapidly changing world.
Our one-year or less intensive job training program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement.
Participants receive personalized coaching and mentorship, as well as an educational stipend during the internship phase.
What You Will Gain
Upon completion of the program, participants will gain:

Additionally, participants will have access to ongoing support and guidance to help them launch their careers.
During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 18-29 years old
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
