About Us
Year Up United is a one-year intensive training program that combines in-classroom skill development with access to internships and job placement services. Our goal is to equip young adults with the technical and professional skills needed to launch successful careers in the financial industry.
Our Approach
We focus on providing personalized coaching and mentorship, as well as an educational stipend to support our participants throughout their journey. Our industry-leading talent placement firm, YUPRO Placement, connects our students with leading organizations in the Detroit area, including Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our program, you must be between 18-29 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, be eligible to work in the U.S., and be available to participate Monday-Friday. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally.
What You Will Gain
Through our program, you will gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, resume building expertise, and ongoing support to help you launch your career. During the internship phase, you will earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
