The program focuses on technical and professional skills, followed by an internship with leading organizations in the Tampa Bay area.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
- Be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree

During the internship phase, students earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.
