Yearout Mechanical is a New Mexico based company specializing in the installation of mechanical and process systems for the commercial, government, manufacturing and industrial communities of New Mexico and Texas. The qualified candidate will have the following minimum requirements for this position:

  • Two years related experience and/or training in customer service, dispatching or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced customer service skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate all service calls.
  • Dispatch service technicians.
  • Debrief service technicians after completion of each call.
  • Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out.
  • Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve issues.
  • Advanced and professional communication skills both oral and written with internal and external clients.
  • Prioritize appropriately with good time management skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft office suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word to perform tasks.
Responsibilities

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technician to new calls as service calls are completed.
  • Schedule return trips with customers when parts are received.
  • Maintain the On-Call schedule as well as the daily schedule for service technicians.
  • Maintain customer database with current information.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. We are seeking a qualified, conscientious employee who wants a long-term position.
