As a Literacy Curriculum Coach, you will guide and mentor upper elementary teachers in delivering engaging and effective instruction in grammar, writing, and literature. Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Implementation:
Foster a collaborative learning community by facilitating discussions and the sharing of resources among teachers.
Partner with administrators to ensure alignment of instructional goals with school-wide initiatives.
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, strategies to support literacy development at home, and the overall importance of literacy in education.
Schedule
Primarily afternoon hours, with a flexible schedule based on teacher and coach availability.
