As a Literacy Curriculum Coach, you will guide and mentor upper elementary teachers in delivering engaging and effective instruction in grammar, writing, and literature. Your role will involve providing individualized coaching, leading professional development workshops, and assisting in curriculum planning and implementation. Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Design & Implementation:
Foster a collaborative learning community by facilitating discussions and the sharing of resources among teachers.
Partner with administrators to ensure alignment of instructional goals with school-wide initiatives.
Communicate effectively with parents about student progress, strategies to support literacy development at home, and the overall importance of literacy in education.
Schedule
Primarily afternoon hours, with a flexible schedule based on teacher and coach availability.
