Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
- Utilize tools to make minor repairs.
- Execute residential maintenance tasks to maintain aesthetic standards at our group homes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisor
- Completes tasks/repairs accurately and timely.
