Preschool Teacher Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher Technician to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment for students. Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing lesson plans and classroom activities.
• Support students with their learning needs, providing one-on-one or small group assistance as required.
• Help maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Monitor student behavior and implement behavior management strategies as needed.
• Facilitate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development among children.
• Prepare classroom materials and assist with tasks such as attendance record keeping and IPP progress.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during classroom activities and transitions.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff members regarding student progress and needs.

Skills
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
• Experience in childcare, demonstrating a nurturing approach to caregiving.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques to maintain an orderly learning environment.
• Knowledge of early childhood education practices, including infant care and toddler care.
• Ability to implement behavior management strategies effectively.
