What You'll Do :
- Assist in the daily care of infants aged 18 months-4 years, creating a warm, loving, and stimulating environment.
- Support developmental milestones through play-based learning and nurturing interactions.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for our little explorers.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of early childhood professionals to plan and implement educational activities.
- Engage with parents and guardians to share their child's daily joys and achievements.
Who You Are :
A caring nurturer who loves working with infants.Energetic and patient, with a soft spot for baby giggles and the curiosity of early childhood.A team player eager to learn and grow in the field of early childhood education.Physical Requirements :
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, because our little bundles of joy need cuddling and safe transportation from one adventure to another.Comfortable sitting on the floor, bending, or standing for extended periods to ensure every child is engaged and supported.Capable of responding quickly to the dynamic needs of infants and their environment.Why Join Us?

Desired Skills and Qualifications :
Meeting the basic requirements of your local childcare regulatory agency.A dash of previous teaching or assistant teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program would be a cherry on top.Flex those muscles, as you should be able to lift up to 35 lbs and handle infants with TLC.Embrace and cherish our core values : Collaboration, Innovation, Communication, Nurturing, Positivity, and Fun! (Yes, fun is a core value for us!)Keep the center and licensing requirements in tiptop shape, always.Follow DHHS guidelines for training like a champ.Be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.Sail smoothly through a Nebraska Child and Adult Abuse and Neglect Central Registry check.Pass a background check and hop on the Nebraska State Patrol fingerprinting rollercoaster (figuratively, of course).Salary Description
