POSITION SUMMARY
As a key member of the Yellowstone Post Frame team, the Project Manager is instrumental in steering complex construction projects from conception through completion. This pivotal role not only focuses on meticulously managing timelines and budgets but also emphasizes strategic planning and efficient resource allocation to ensure project excellence. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between clients, site teams, and upper management, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to organizational standards. OBJECTIVES
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on or before the deadline, without compromising on quality.
- Manage projects within the allocated budget, minimizing costs without affecting the quality or scope of work.
- Uphold the highest quality standards in every project by implementing rigorous quality control and assurance protocols.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled team, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.
- Achieve high client satisfaction through excellent service, timely delivery, and constant communication.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a zero-incident workplace throughout the project lifecycle.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred. Additional certifications related to construction or project management (e.g., Certified Construction Manager (CCM)) are advantageous.
Preferred Experience:
- Practical experience in construction project management, especially with post-frame buildings, is highly valued.
- Experience with construction software and project management tools is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to navigate construction sites, including walking on uneven surfaces and climbing stairs or ladders.
