About the Position E7 Solutions is looking for an energetic, driven, and personable Client Success Operations Specialist to join our team. The CS Operations Specialist is accountable for monitoring survey responses, maintaining key processes, and ensuring our accreditations and credentials are current. Essentially, keeping our Pre-Sales and Client Services teams humming along. Qualified candidates must be available to work E7's "core hours" of 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. Eastern Time. They also must be able to work from the Troy office 1-2 days each week. Key Responsibilities Include : Support CS Leader & Initiatives Track project statuses across teams and facilitate communication Assist with meeting coordination and planning; Quarterly Planning Sessions, monthly department meetings, weekly leadership meetings, etc. Capture and monitor team metrics and targets (i.e. utilization, profitability, invoicing, etc.) About You : Organized, with attention to details and deadlines Self-starter with the ability to see what needs to be done - and do it Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well versed in Microsoft Suite Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures Interest in technology or Atlassian Suite preferred Why E7 Solutions?
