About the Position
E7 Solutions is looking for an energetic, driven, and personable Client Success Operations Specialist to join our team. The CS Operations Specialist is accountable for monitoring survey responses, maintaining key processes, and ensuring our accreditations and credentials are current. Essentially, keeping our Pre-Sales and Client Services teams humming along.
Qualified candidates must be available to work E7's "core hours" of 9 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. Eastern Time. They also must be able to work from the Troy office 1-2 days each week.
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Support CS Leader & Initiatives
- Track project statuses across teams and facilitate communication
- Assist with meeting coordination and planning; Quarterly Planning Sessions, monthly department meetings, weekly leadership meetings, etc.
- Capture and monitor team metrics and targets (i.e. utilization, profitability, invoicing, etc.)
