Today, that tradition continues with the next generation of flexible-use products, premium service and enhanced owner benefits.ROLEAs a Sales & Marketing Coordinator your role will support and assist our sales and marketing departments in tour reception, gifting, sales administration functions, and salesroom food & beverage while providing best in class customer service.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Responsible for checking in each guest in a welcoming and timely manner. Ensuring that each guest is properly qualified for the salesroom 2. To ensure salesroom and podium room set up and routine straightening and refreshing throughout the day. 3. To prepare daily reports for sales accurately ensuring meticulous data entry and reporting.
