Experience & Requirements
- Certification of Completion of an accredited program in phlebotomy technology, required.
- Minimum of two-years phlebotomy experience.
- Current CPR Certification.
A background check, security clearance and drug screening are required for this role.

Donaldson Correctional Facility
Location: Bessemer, AL
Salary: Hourly rate is 20.90
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Phlebotomist with YesCare at (Facility Name) located in (City, State):
- Collect, prepare and protect specimen.
- Process specimen for shipment to appropriate labs.
- Perform calibrations and maintain reference standards to ensure accurate results for tests.
- Respond to emergencies and/or critical incidents.
- Evaluate and make recommendations regarding new laboratory services and procedures.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of tests and complete required reports.
- Maintain a clean and orderly working environment consistent with Universal Precautions and other applicable infection control standards.
- Adhere to safety and security policies and procedures.
