- Career Development and Placement : Oversee career services initiatives that support students’ professional aspirations, including workshops, networking opportunities, and job placement resources.
- Student Engagement and Inclusion : Create programs and activities that promote student engagement, inclusion, and community within the dental school, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Orientation and Transition Programs : Coordinate new student orientation and transition support programs, helping students acclimate to the dental school and its academic rigor.
- Policy Development and Compliance : Develop, implement, and enforce policies related to student support services, ensuring alignment with university standards and regulatory requirements.
