Position Responsibilities :
Lead all aspects of instructional design and content production strategies
Manage a team of instructional design professionals
Manage 50% of design projects directly, creating cutting-edge learning modules
Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum development frameworks
Oversee educational quality and learner experience across all digital platforms
Create project management protocols for content production teams
Collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and academic leadership
Design adaptive learning experiences that integrate advanced AI and interactive technologies
Establish scalable content development processes for multiple educational programs
Project Management Expectations :
Direct management of complex, multi-dimensional content development projects
Create and maintain detailed project timelines and resource allocation strategies
Develop innovative tracking and quality assurance mechanisms
Ensure cross-functional team alignment and efficient workflow
Experience & Education Background :
Advanced degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years experience in instructional design and digital learning development
Proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality digital learning experiences

Strong understanding of learning science, pedagogical strategies, and emerging educational technologies
