Responsibilities include:
- Enter and maintain all accounts payable;
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions;
- Act as liaison between the various departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure expenses are coded properly;
- Process weekly check and EFT payments to vendors;
- Reconcile accounts payable;
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting; and
- Work with Controller to ensure clean and timely year-end audit.
Qualifications:
- One to three years of experience, preferably with a background in retail;
- Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills;
- Previous experience using PDI software strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, most importantly with MS Excel;
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills; and
- Team player and ability to work in fast paced changing environment.
