Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all equipment and systems, leading a team of maintenance personnel, and implementing preventive maintenance programs. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and facilities management.
Duties
- Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC systems, logic controllers, and other critical equipment.
- Oversee industrial maintenance activities including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Manage projects related to facility improvements and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inventory of parts, and equipment performance metrics.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage systems, and industrial maintenance practices.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in an industrial setting.
