**Process Engineering at YES:**
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Yield Engineering Systems.
This role involves applying principles of engineering, thermal or fluid sciences, mathematics, or statistics to optimize processes as per customer requirements.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
- Apply principles of engineering, thermal or fluid sciences, mathematics, or statistics to optimize processes as per customer requirements.
- Write test protocols, perform tests to fully characterize new equipment or processes, and write completion reports.
- Collaborate internally to plan, collect data, analyze results, and report on customer demos for existing process applications.
- Compile and analyze test data to establish the next steps in process development and determine appropriate limits and variables for process specifications.
**Qualifications:**
We are looking for individuals with a Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred candidates have ~3 to 10 years of relevant process engineering experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industry.
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing language is preferred.
