Chemist

YINCAE Advanced Materials LLC is a global leader in innovative technology for Adhesives and Electronic Materials. We are currently seeking a talented experienced chemist to join our team. This role will be responsible for researching and developing new adhesives tailored for specific end-use applications, as well as providing crucial technical support to our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities: As a Chemist at YINCAE Advanced Materials, you will work on the simultaneous development of multiple products and actively collaborate on laboratory for the development of new products and improved processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Innovating new adhesive products to meet market demands.
• Conduct in-depth scientific research on material properties.
• Collaborate efficiently with Operations, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Technical Support and our Customer.
• Designing and executing product formulation studies to optimize performance.
• Developing product scale-up and manufacturing procedures, including training for relevant employees.
• Collaborating closely with Production and Quality departments to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Overseeing technology transfer processes to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.
• Maintaining a high level of technical expertise in our product offerings.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism in all interactions.
• Undertaking other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• PhD in Polymer or Organic Chemistry (No Biology/Chemical Engineering/Analytical Chemistry/Physical Chemistry backgrounds accepted).
• 5 years of experience in UV curable, epoxy adhesive, TIM materials, Die attach ot similar product development or relevant industrial experience.
• Strong background in polymer/organic synthetic chemistry with a deep understanding of structure-property relationships of materials.
• Proven ability to plan, manage projects, and direct research activities effectively.
• Excellent understanding of polymer chemistry, adhesive, and adhesion science.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding the company's areas of interest and technologies.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
