Position Overview :
- The YM &YWHA of Washington Heights and Inwood is seeking out a passionate and self-motivated individual to work as a temporary social worker for the Aging In Place Outreach Network (APON), the Y’s new non-traditional referral network into its highly respected continuum of care for older adults in Upper Manhattan.
- The Outreach Coordinator will require both strong clinical assessments skills as well as excellent community outreach abilities.
- This is a temporary position while a full-time employee in on leave.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
