Located at the heart of Alabama's fastest-growing community (#10 in the nation!) and one of the South's premier vacation destinations, Fairhope UMC is seeking a new Director of Student Ministries who can give spiritual and organizational leadership to the 70 students (grades 7-12) who regularly attend weekly worship and small groups, as well as more than a dozen weekly volunteers. In addition to weekly gatherings during the school year, the DSM is responsible for two mission trips and three annual retreats, as well as regular contact work to support our youth in their community activities. With great facilities, a substantial budget, and funding available to hire your own ministry assistant, this position is set up for your impact to reach the whole community, right away.
In addition to the regular salary, full health insurance and other benefits are part of our standard compensation package for this full-time exempt position.
Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
