Church on the Ridge is looking for a high-energy, relational, and visionary Youth Pastor to reach every teenager in the Snoqualmie Valley and help them grow into fully devoted followers of Christ.

What We’re Looking For

We are searching for a leader who is:

• Passionate about student ministry – You love teenagers, understand their world, and have a calling to help them encounter Jesus.
• Relational and engaging – You connect naturally with students, volunteers, parents, and community leaders.
• A leader of leaders – You don’t just do ministry; you build teams and equip others to lead.
• A visionary and strategist – You can cast big vision and execute practical steps to grow the ministry.
• Spiritually mature – Your personal faith is strong, and you lead from a place of dependence on the Holy Spirit.
• Good at Ping Pong – Kids are competitive here better to be prepared.
  
  

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and grow the Youth Ministry (Grades 6-12), with a focus on discipleship and outreach.

• Build, train, and empower a strong leadership team of adults and students.
• Engage students beyond church walls, actively investing in local schools, sports, and community events.
• Create powerful youth gatherings with engaging worship, Biblical teaching, and authentic community.
• Foster deep discipleship through small groups, mentorship, and leadership development.
• Partner with parents to equip families to nurture faith at home.
• Champion a culture of fun, faith, and friendship where students feel known, valued, and challenged in their walk with Christ.

• Salary: $60-70k DOE
• Church Size: ~600
• Youth Group Size: ~60 (with potential for growth)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology or a related field.
• Love Jesus with all your heart, soul and mind.
• Be down with the Holy Spirit and spiritual gifts. Align with COTR beliefs.
• Experience in youth ministry (1 year, intern, staff, and/or volunteer etc).
