The Family Pastor is a support position to the Lead Pastor and Bayside Church. The Family Pastor will be, in part, responsible for the leadership and execution of the vision for Bayside Kids and Bayside Youth as set forth by Bayside Church. Success is assisting with the identification, recruitment, and development of a base of volunteer leaders, connecting with the community, relationship development and discipleship, executing the weekly youth gathering and Sunday Kids Church, and maintaining communication with parents and the

uch.

Additionally, the Family Pastor will have freedom to use creative gifts to improve and enhance the overall health and experience of Bayside Kids and Bayside Youth. The Family Pastor serves the ministry of the Lead Pastor and is therefore directly accountable to the L

ad Pstor.

Compensation:

The Family Pastor will be expected to work 20-22 hours a week at an annual rate of $22,000 per year. Vacation days will be determined on a need basis. Sick days are undetermined a

The Family Pastor will work Sundays (morning gatherings), Tuesday staff meetings, 10a-12p, mid-week youth gatherings, and necessary weekly preparations for Bayside
