Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Childcare Professional to join our dedicated team. As a Multi Site Director, you will be responsible for providing supervision and program development at each site. Perform administrative/fiscal management functions, developing, directing and supervising the daily activity programs for children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be skilled in crisis management, behavioral health, and medical documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Engage in play-based activities, arts, and crafts to stimulate children's creativity and imagination.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide before and afterschool care for school-aged children.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for each child and program.
- Support children and staff in crisis situations and manage behavioral health needs effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Associates Degree in Child Development or
- School Age Child Care Credential
- 2 years of college with at least 18 credits in Child Development and 2 year's experience working with children under 13 years.
- Supervisory experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
