The YMCA is seeking Youth Sports Clinic Instructors. This position is part time. Clinics are scheduled Monday nights 5 : 00 to 8 : 00PM.
Salary range is $15-$18 / hour based on experience, availability and certifications. In addition, we offer a 10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities :
Our Youth Sports Clinic Instructor will teach introductory through intermediate skills, rules of play and the Y Way to Play using your own and provided lesson plans. You'll also assist in officiating, parent interaction and ensuring clinics run smoothly and safely with all activities starting and ending on schedule. Qualifications :
- Age 16 years or older
- Significant involvement and understanding of the sport.
- CPR / First Aid / AED certification within 30 days. We can help with this.
- Know how to break down a skill and explain it so that participants can understand and perform the skill.
- Ability to organize and engage groups of children.
- Ability to communicate and work with a variety of people including kids, staff, other host staff, and community members.
