The Before & After School Counselor is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing environment by supporting the Site Leader in the daily implementation of the school-age child care program.
Before & After School Counselor Job Duties:
- Interacts effectively and frequently with all children
- Maintains proper supervision of children meeting NYS OCFS ratio regulations.
- Uphold the overall health & safety of each child enrolled
- Ensure children have a positive, fun, safe experience while at the program
- Models appropriate behavior in a positive, respectful manner

Before & After School Counselor Qualifications:
