We are looking for instructors in Cycle and other group exercise classes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
- Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
- Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
- Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
- Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible.
Position Skills and Experience :
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Instructor certification required.
- Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.
