Salary: $77,165 - $96,457 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Quality Improvement Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive quality improvement plans that align organizational goals and age-appropriate education standards.
- Program Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of programs during program operating hours to measure quality, effectiveness, and compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Training and Support: Develop and facilitate training programs for staff on best practices in youth development, education, quality improvement methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report data related to child development outcomes, program performance, and stakeholder feedback to VP of Youth Development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Youth Development teams, staff, and community stakeholders to promote a shared vision of high-quality childcare services and initiatives.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures that support quality improvement efforts and ensure compliance with licensing requirements and accreditation standards.
- Participates in all required leadership meetings and other branch support duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, elementary education, human services, social services, recreation, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in education or childcare with a focus on continuous quality improvement or program evaluation.
- In-depth understanding of early childhood education principles, quality improvement frameworks, and relevant regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Multi-lingual skills
- Master’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in early childhood education, elementary education, human services, social services, recreation, or equivalent.
