Salary: $54,000 – $70,000 per year. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all trainings as assigned.
- Develop branch programs, trainings, initiatives, and policies designed to increase membership.
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to meet sales, revenue and membership mix targets and budget management.
- Create, update, and distribute information AND communicate to staff, community, current and prospective members
- Create and communicate membership team sales and retention goals.
- Communicate progress of goals to leadership.
- Cross sell other Y programs across the branch such as fitness, aquatics etc.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategy to reach branch goals/expectations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Five (5) years related customer service/sales experience with a knowledge of general operations.
- Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Demonstrated marketing and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-Lingual
- Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in sales, marketing, public relations, or a related field
