What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Youth Development position at YMCA OF FLORIDA'S FIRST COAST?
Position Summary:
Provides Youth Development Staff administrative and office support. Provides support for 3rd party billing and revenue receipting and assists with before and after school and camp registration process.
Essential Functions:
- Assists the lead Youth Development Registrar with all administrative duties for Association-wide Before and After School and Summer Camp sites.
- Assists with registration, collection, returns and general problem-solving issues.
- Generates and distributes monthly attendance reports from our operating system, Daxko, and by request of Vice President and Senior Program Directors as needed.
- Returns all voicemail messages and emails within 24 hours.
- Provides customer service to families and participants of programs.
- Registration for Before and After School and Summer Camps.
- Assists with Financial Assistance for program families.
- Manage 3rd party billing and revenue receipting.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, and College preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Oversees self in a professional manner. Works with integrity, discretion, and maintains confidentiality. Upholds a professional appearance.
- Proven ability to have initiative, good judgments, and ability to make decisions independently.
