What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Executive Director of Grants & Administration position at YMCA OF FLORIDA'S FIRST COAST?
Job Responsibilities
- Manages grant milestones for Youth Development grant-funded programs such as Team Up, After School & Summer Camp Programs, YReads, and Child Care Food Programs.
- Directly oversee the operations and delivery of specified grant-funded Youth Development programs totaling $3 million.
- Assists in establishing new funding opportunities and expands program within the community in accordance with the association strategic plans.
- Ensures licensing and compliance with DCF, ELC, and Episcopal Services.
- Manages registration process for 45 Before/After locations and 25 Summer Camp sites.
- Oversee budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts.
- Directly hire, manages, trains, coaches, and develops Youth Development staff.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, preferable Teaching or Human Services, and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing youth, family, recreation programs and special events.
- Experience working with grant-funded programs.
- Ability to represent the YMCA in a mature and professional manner, building strong relationships with leaders in a wide variety of organizations in the community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well organized and able to manage shifting priorities.
