This is a full-time on-site role for an Aquatics Director located in Cincinnati, OH. The Aquatics Director will be responsible for overseeing all aquatic programming, including swim instruction, lifeguarding, and swim lessons. The role involves managing the aquatics staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining high-quality aquatic facilities. The Aquatics Director will also develop and implement programs to meet community needs and promote health and wellness through aquatic activities.
- Experience and skills in Swim Instruction, Swim Lessons, and Swimming
- Proficiency in managing aquatic programs and facilities
- Lifeguarding skills with current certifications
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in aquatics
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
