Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Staff to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati. As a member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for children, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the Kids Club room at all times.
- Provide prompt quality customer service in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with members/children, staff, and volunteers.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and behavior consistent with the philosophy, values and mission of the YMCA.
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older, energetic, responsible and enjoy working with children.
- Possess current CPR/First Aid certification.
- A minimum of 6 months experience working with children is helpful.
- Requires alertness, attention to detail, concentration and the ability to multi-task.
