This position will also monitor contracts with school sites and work closely with the payment register office to provide statistical reporting to leadership.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain critical files and child care records.
- Manage and maintain purchase orders, reimbursements, vendor files, and other financial forms.
- Coordinate data collection and reporting used for various needs and continuous improvement.
- Perform necessary report generation, input annual budget information and maintenance corrections.
- Assist with departmental staff planning.
- Review, recommend, and implement improvements to Child Care processes and administrative systems.
- Provide administrative support to Vice President, Youth Development.
- Maintain general operations of Child Care Department including mail, equipment maintenance, etc.
- Ensure that all essential and/or critical information, situations, special incidents, etc. are communicated efficiently.
Education
- High school diploma required; associates degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a business environment required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Must obtain and keep current training certification in first aid, communicable diseases, and child abuse recognition and prevention as required by ODJFS.
