Key Responsibilities
- Enforce aquatic rules and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all pool users.
- Monitor the pool deck and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and free from obstructions.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, and handle parent/member complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the pool and deck equipment, checking and recording pool temperature and chemical levels, and enforcing policies on showers and proper attire.
