The Manager of Entertainment Technical Services must be SelfMotivated and Self-Managed. Responsible for assisting in design, equipment selection and programming the Entertainment A/V Systems for All Projects, Events and Entertainment Venues.
They may perform the duties of Front of House / Audio 1 for internal Live performances and occasional
external client / tenant events as needed. In addition, responsibilities will include overseeing crews to install, operate, and strike A/V equipment & staging. Sharing of Best Practices, based on experience and direction, is imperative.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Programming - Entertainment.

Essential Responsibilities
- Anticipate audio/lighting/video equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.
- Position will supervise technical personnel to assist with event execution.
- Supervise the operation, maintenance, safety, security, and quality assurance of audio / lighting / video
- Audio Engineer for Day-to-Day Operations or Events when needed.
- Exceed the expectations and needs of both internal and external clients and customers.
- Enforce The Entertainment Group standards for the team to portray a polished and professional image.
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established The Entertainment Group policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong work tenure: At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Audio, Lighting & Video programming, and live
- Midas M32 Live Digital mixer, Behringer Audio Consoles (X32, X12, X16 Air, etc.)
- Skilled in wireless microphone/IEM frequency coordination
- Working knowledge of networked audio systems i.e. Dante, QSYS, Crestron
- Previous supervisory experience with event operations
- Ability to Manage Talent and Teams of four and larger
- Able to adhere to all attendance and appearance guidance
- Stay current on industry trends
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and oral in English
- Basic mathematics skills with practical application
- Must be reliable in communications (email, phone, etc.)
- Anticipatory guest service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical School or an associate's degree (AA)
