What's your day like?
As the Membership Director at the Y, your day-to-day will be a whirlwind of fun and engagement! You'll kick off your mornings by welcoming new members and showing them the ropes of our fantastic facility. Throughout the day, you'll organize and lead orientations, ensuring everyone feels right at home. You'll build relationships with the community, all while managing inquiries and providing top-notch customer service.
Collaborating with our energizing team, you'll help work on innovative events that increase participation and enthusiasm. Additionally, keep an eye on membership trends and gather feedback to continuously improve our offerings.
