Calling all passionate educators with a heart for early childhood development! To excel as a Preschool Lead Teacher at YMCA of Greater Toledo, you must possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA (or be actively pursuing CDA certification). Meeting ODJFS licensing qualifications, including training and background checks, is a must to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our little ones.
