As the leader of the resort hotel, you will inspire and motivate our staff, drive excellence in guest satisfaction, and manage the day-to-day operations of the resort hotel, all while ensuring profitability and growth.
Resort Hotel General Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, sales, retail, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, night audit, and guest services.
- Drive revenue and profitability by creating and executing sales strategies that align with the resort hotel goals.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent to ensure exceptional guest experience and a high-performing team.
- Mentor and motivate resort hotel team, fostering a positive and productive Win from Within culture.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service, resolving matters and addressing guest needs quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to meet budget goals and enhance team and business performance.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards while ensuring the resort hotel operates efficiently.
- Develop the resort hotel's annual budget, monitor financial performance, and participate in P&L collaboration connects.
- Leadership: You excel at leading, collaborating and motivating your team, ensuring a workplace where Team Members can thrive.
- Communication: Clear, professional communication is a must have skill. You must consistently connect well with guests, Team Members, and business partners.
- Guest Focused: Strong enthusiastic demonstration of delivering an outstanding guest experience and effectively manage our guest needs with professionalism and care.

- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, creating a welcoming atmosphere during every contact.
- 8 years in Resort Hotel Leadership
- High school degree or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree (BS) and/or Associate's Degree (AA) in a related field preferred
