What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services Desk position at YMCA of Hagerstown?
The YMCA of Hagerstown is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to be a part of our Member Service Team. This part-time position will be every Wednesday and Friday 5:00PM-9:00PM and Sunday 11:00AM-5:00PM. This person must be able to fill opening and closing shift as needed. Member Service staff provides timely, friendly, accurate customer service to members and guests of the YMCA. As a team member, candidate will be responsible for accurately registering program participants and taking payments, maintaining accurate member records, selling merchandise, and completing clerical tasks as directed. Ability to multi-task a must and prior experience in customer service preferred. Computer and phone skills a must.
