As the Camp Kitaki Administrative and Program Support Specialist, located in Louisville, NE, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on people visiting and connecting with YMCA Camp Kitaki while being part of a respected non-profit whose purpose is to build strong kids and adults through programs that promote positive identity, relationships, values and skills in a unique natural setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist families with camper registration and questions to ensure positive overnight summer camp experiences.

Administrative support duties related to the business functions of Camp Kitaki:
- Compiles, maintains and submits or distributes external and internal reports
- Bulk mailings
- Creation, preparation and distribution of program, branch and special event information, handouts and manuals
- Account statements and collections/payments
- Employee timecards, payroll reports and approvals
- Managing the Camp Kitaki CRM database including but not limited to setup, data entry, processing and accuracy of registrations, account statements, payments and other transactions.
- Compiling and distributing pre-camp information and serves as the initial point of contact for parent/guardian communication.
The successful candidate will exhibit:

- Personal accountability for the accuracy of program materials as they will be shared throughout the community with members/program participants.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Comfort in working within a CRM database and learning new software.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at one time.
- Problem solving skills - the ability to handle unexpected situations and identify solutions.
