QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous experience working with school-age children (day camp experience a plus!)
- Experience in sports, arts & crafts, music, skits, outdoor games, or aquatics is a bonus!
- CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention Training (must be completed within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lead, participate, and have fun in both indoor & outdoor activities
- Ability to attend the mandatory summer day camp training.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Actively participate in and supervise all camper activities to create an engaging and dynamic experience.
- Prioritize camper safety at all times, both on-site and during outings.
- Be a positive role model, fostering a fun, inclusive, and structured camp environment.
- Uphold camp policies and address behavioral issues with professionalism and care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming camp space for all participants.
