What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Camp Program Director, Camp Grady Spruce position at YMCA OF METROPOLITAN DALLAS?
Camp Grady Spruce YMCA, located on beautiful Possum Kingdom Lake approximately 120 miles west of Dallas, is searching for a Resident Camp Program Director. This role will live on site, coordinating our summer resident camp program, and our year-round teen program.

Comprehensive Program Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the Camp Grady Spruce Summer Resident Camp program.

Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all aspects of the summer camp operation, ensuring excellence in staffing, programming, health and safety, and the marketing/business aspects of the program.

Teen Program Development:
- Develop and implement a year-round teen program, including leadership training (CIT, JC, Leadership Y) during the summer and quarterly teen program meetings throughout the school year.

Operational Support:
- Assist in other camp operations as needed to ensure the overall success of the camp.

Volunteer Support:
- Provide support to volunteers during the annual Partner’s Campaign and other campaign-related needs.
