As a Youth Enrichment Instructor, you'll lead hands-on activities that encourage curiosity, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you're teaching an art class, leading a STEM experiment, or mentoring future leaders on or off the court, you'll be making a real impact in the lives of the youth we serve!
What You'll Do:
Teach Fun & Engaging Lessons - Lead activities in arts, STEM, leadership, dance, sports, life skills, and more!
Create a Welcoming Space - Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where kids feel encouraged to express themselves and try new things
Inspire Confidence & Creativity - Help kids develop problem-solving skills, creativity, and teamwork through hands-on learning
Be a Mentor & Role Model - Encourage positive social interactions and personal growth in every student
Ensure Safety & Organization - Maintain a structured, safe, and fun learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for Teaching & Youth Development - Experience in education, youth programming, or enrichment activities preferred!
- Creative & Engaging Personality - Ability to keep kids excited, curious, and engaged in learning activities
- Great Communication Skills - Ability to connect with kids, families, and team members while leading activities effectively
- Organized & Adaptable - Comfortable leading structured activities while making adjustments to meet students' needs
- Certifications:
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or ASHI (must be obtained within 60 days of hire, no online only certifications accepted).
