- Responsible for food preparation, serving, meal break down, general kitchen and dining hall cleaning
- Ensure proper food service standards, including food storage and kitchen cleanliness
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service to all camp guests
- Responsible for strict adherence to policies and procedures related to safety and other regulations
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old and prior experience with youth and/or a food service setting is preferred
- Possess a practical understanding and comprehensive knowledge of food service, storage and cleanliness standards
- Must be able to work June 15 - August 16
